Flash may be losing it's fans as a web design tool with 'easy access' to all becoming the new ideal, but don't write it off yet.
Obviously some impaired users will not be able to view a website designed 'entirely' in Flash, but the majority will; It's all about choice - your informed choice, and knowing your target market. All we're saying is - if you like a bit of flash, we have dedicated flash designers who can supply it.
Flash designs need to be used carefully and intelligently, like any powerful element. A well designed Flash navigation bar can look stunning and need not hinder the user or search engines if a text only alternative is provided.
